Course Description: This course provides an overview of SUID, including how it differs from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). Furthermore, this course will review the investigation of SUID cases and how to certify these deaths, including the importance of considering “Top 25” points critical to the investigation. The certification of SUID cases also will be discussed. This course is approximately 60 minutes.
